What Duties Does A Property Owner Owe To Me In Florida?

Depends why you're on the property. If you're invited onto the property as a business customer or as a guest, then the property owner owes you a duty to keep the property in a reasonably safe manner.

If there is any kind of a danger or a hazard, the property owner has to warn you about that danger and fix it in a reasonable amount of time.

If you're a trespasser and you don't have any legal reason to be on the property, then the owner doesn't owe you the same duty to keep it safe.
